anyway, i stopped abruptly in this line of people scrambling up to the lawn to take a picture of that.

the trade for the last piece of the lab map i needed for my side account went through this morning.

THINGS I DID.

the marijuana-logues were funny as hell. the wikipedia page sucks though, because i was going to link it for anyone who hasn't heard of it -_-
anyway, it paradies the vagina monologues. just read that and substitute marijuana where it says vagina.
ANYWAY these three comedians, tony camin, rob cantrell, and dan gabriel, have a comedy show where they talk about weed. a lot of different people have been on the tour, but that's who we saw. they each came out individually for like ten minutes, then they all went backstage and changed into black clothes, and white socks with no shoes. and came out and started the marijuana-logues.

there were only like...20 people there. the place holds 74. it's the smallest comedy club in the world, their flyers said. it's inside the vortex, which also has the best burgers in atlanta, as voted by the people, for the past 12 years. we ate them. they were awesome. and i had tater tots, yesssss.
oh! and back when we saw doug benson, and he gave me that lighter linq thing?
we ran into the lady that made them! she gave a bunch to doug benson when she saw him, but she didn't know that he was giving them to people at the shows. she gave us each another one, and the one she gave me has some of the same beads that are in the one that doug benson gave me. i coordinate xP

hai guize, i'm back home again. doug left out this morning.


we went to a braves game on sunday with his mom and all of that side of his family. i got totally fondled by his brother daniel. but he's gay, so it's cool. he works at joe's on juniper, which any atlanta area friends should know of. we all met up there with a whole bunch of other people from his work and took THE FUR BUS to the game. haa.

that thing pulled up and i was like "wut? o.o"
( it was all super tricked out and gay and fuzzy inside. )
that white board says "smack dat" and there was FREE BEER. but doug and i don't like beer. liquor is quicker. we and his mom and lee (and his little brother) were the only ones not drinking. and the only ones not gay xP it was a riot.

i love this. we're so cute. i bought this random frame i liked with my bday cash and i'm going to get this printed and put it in there :)

the braves got their asses kicked. hard. they played the dodgers. i think we got one run and it was in the 8th or 9th inning.
but they played wayne's world on the big screen when they played YMCA. so it was the best night ever.

they're not red, they're just new. kirk's tattoos hurt less than any others i've had. they heal better too.
i like them :3 now i'm an official furfag LAWL. that actually has nothing to do with it, one's for mike and one's for kimi, but yeah. it's a pretty furry thing to do.

doug's in maryland. at the same pilot where we had to stay at for three days. the place he was delivering to wasn't open on the weekends and we got there late friday night and camped out all weekend. we watched like a whole season of dead like me.
i asked him to get me a shotglass.
when we met up with him last saturday, he gave me a texas shotglass from the super fancy truck stop where we ate crocodile jerky.
the one he got me from north carolina is from the TA we broke down at and had to be towed out of. then we sat up for a weekend in a hotel room ;3
he's so great <3

i kinda want to do an icon trade. i want to start drawing a little bit again but need extra motivation to pick up a pencil. plus i want icons :o but i'm not wholly confident in what my l33t skillz may produce cuz i'm so out of practice. so...yeah >.>

the comedy show last night was AWESOME. the little flyers on the table said that the laughing skull is the world's smallest comedy club. it seats 74 people and it's tucked away inside the vortex. and they apparently has the best burgers in atlanta. for like the past 12 years. i'd love to try one but we're broke muthas. it's 18 and over, which we kinda of assumed, and brandon's not actually going to be 18 until the 19th, but he's crazy tall and no questions were asked. good thing. the place was all tucked away in the back. it's like, you go inside this bar and grill, and head back to the back where the kitchen doors and the bathrooms are, and you go down this long hallway and get your hand stamped, turn to the right and there's a tiny room behind a black curtain. those tables were teeny tiny. we had our feet up on the stage. doug benson told will he could see up his shorts. which he totally couldn't have because they were past his knees but whatev. HA, and someone else was talking about what an annoying expression "whatev" was.
doug benson gave me a lighter leash! he came out on stage and like greeted everyone and said who he was, and he's like "i wanted to show you guys this thing" and he had a bracelet with a string of beads on it on his wrist. he said it was for when you're smoking and you always lose your lighter, you just stick it in the loop on the other end and it hangs from your wrist. and he asked if anyone had a lighter. we were RIGHT in front of the stage, he couldn't have been three feet away. so i made a dive bomb for my lighter, because it has a transformers sticker on it and i wondered if he'd say anything about it. he looked at it really hard and you could see him trying to come up with a joke about it or something but he just kept on with his thing. anyway when he handed me my lighter back, he gave me the whole little thing. i had him sign it after the show. i had actually brought my pot box with me, i was going to have him sign that. but this is cooler. it's from him AND signed by him. it's the dumbest idea, but it is pretty handy to have it on the lighter, just not on your wrist. it's like roach clips with feathers, they're just easier to keep track of. because yes, we are definitely lighter misplacers.
and he imitated me and called me a criminal :P he asked who had seen super high me and everyone's all WOOOO! then he asked who downloaded it illegally and i lightly woo'd with my hand up to my face, and he's like "oh woo, woooo! ya criminal!" but then he said he didn't care. hell, it made him 60 bucks that night cuz we wouldn't love him so much if i hadn't found that movie lol
will had a little spy cam in a pen in his pocket. the video from that is amazing, but the audio's a joke. it's really bad. but his roomate tim is a music producer and he said he might be able to clean up the audio some. that'd be pretty bitchin.

in other news, my doug might be home tonight instead of tomorrow :D

the doug benson show's tonight. will's coming home with heather. they get off at 3:00, so should be here in about two hours. my cousin brandon (heather's oldest bro) came home with us from cary's (their step-mom's) 40th birthday party yesterday. he's taking the extra ticket. there's two rows of five tables each, we've got tables 3 and 4. that's center stage, baby. i'm excited. we may watch super high me when they get home. and stuff.
and theennn, doug gets home on wednesday :D my doug. doug jones not doug benson. it is a doug filled week and that makes me happy. anyway, he'll be here until friday, when he's leaving for daytona with his family. but he'll be home for a few days again when he gets back. IMEXCITED<3
and brandon and josh's (their other brother) joint birthday party is on saturday. debauchery!

we ran into my cousin amelia! we went over to the information booth to get some information and she was working there, it was crazy. we talked for a minute and then went on our way, and this faerie walking towards us (that was actually talking to the people behind us) yells "it's so nice when family comes to visit!" we were like WHAT THE SHIT. no one's ever around to see this shit happen, go fig.

i think about writing in this all the time now, but i can't ever quite motivate myself to do it. there's so much to be said and i don't know how to cover all the bases that i've missed. i just need to stick my nose in here and start writing again. i really want to take some time to post some pictures and stories from my time on the road with doug, even if those entries don't entertain anyone but me, lol. those are memories that i want to write about before they get fuzzy :P

as a side note, doug and i met each other for the first time exactly one year ago today :)
and then something i thought was funny, one of the episodes of that 70s show that came on today was about when red and kitty are trying to remember the day they met.

he's not scheduled to be home again until christmas eve. they sent him home the weekend before thanksgiving and this past weekend (he was already home thanksgiving weekend) because frieght has been so slow that they didn't have any loads to give him. they gave him loads on friday that weren't due to drop until monday and that were close to home, so he just came home. he said yesterday that they sent him another message about it, but he got a load going to north carolina today, so he's guessing they're keeping him out this time. and of course he's gotta work to make money, but i'm not gonna say i wouldn't have liked to have seen him again.
- edit - he just called and told me he's coming home tomorrow after all. i'm so happy ^_^ but ya know, it's really scary that the economy's so bad that people aren't buying enough to even keep the trucks moving. and then the drivers don't have money to buy anything either. NUTS.
he also just told me that he is at that same truck stop tonight :)

i've been watching jeff dunham all night. awesome.

i don't really have any good pokemon to trade for them. i restarted my game and need pokemon i'm more interested in training so i'll stay more interested in playing. lol.
my little cousin anthony has just discovered pokemon. i don't know how to simplify pokemon enough for him to grasp the inner depths of the game. he won't accept that his one ass-kicking pokemon isn't going to carry him through the game when the rest of his team is whatever level 12 wild pokemon he found that can learn cut and rock smash.
